You will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve workplace culture.
• Work closely with management to understand business needs and develop HR solutions that support growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
• Proficient in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required, as is a good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.
