📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the coffee shop.,Manage and train a team of baristas and staff to maintain high standards of service.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the central office to implement company policies and initiatives.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the coffee shop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the coffee or retail industry.,Strong sales and marketing background with a track record of driving revenue growth.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
