📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and training as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
