Duta Zahra Store is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our operations in Dili. This is an immediate opening, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, ensuring that we meet our financial targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the store,Manage and mentor the store team to achieve sales and service targets,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store visibility and sales,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Monitor store finances and prepare regular reports for senior management,Develop and implement staff training programs to improve performance and customer service,Identify opportunities for store improvement and implement changes as needed,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the retail industry,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar business,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies,Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
