📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the organization.,Develop and implement strategies to improve section performance and efficiency.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Monitor section budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain open lines of communication with both team members and senior management.,Participate in company meetings and events, representing the section as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and industry standards.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
