📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.,Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Support the technical support team by providing clear and accurate information.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the documentation projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of technical writing principles and practices.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
