🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Familiarity with industry best practices and standards in operations management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
