📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective production of pastries and desserts.,Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed.,Ensure that all pastries and desserts meet quality standards and customer expectations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to support special events and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in pastry making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,A diploma or degree in culinary arts or a related field is preferred but not required.,Proven track record of creating innovative and delicious pastries and desserts.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations is a plus.,Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
