Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Training and mentoring junior sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, providing regular feedback to the management team.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
