📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages to the appropriate departments.,Check guests in and out, and ensure they have all the necessary information about the company and its services.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including scheduling appointments and managing the reception desk calendar.,Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Monitor and manage the reception area's inventory, including supplies and equipment.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and troubleshooting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
