📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and assess candidate fit.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology is a plus.
