📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
