As an Operational Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about outdoor activities and has a strong background in operations management. The position is remote, allowing you to manage operations from anywhere with a stable internet connection.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers.,Organize and coordinate events and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of participants.,Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or outdoor activities industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and participants.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.,Fluency in English is required.
