📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships with potential clients.,Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring that all sales activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.,Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all sales activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key sales metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales tools and software, such as CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
