📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out procedures, guest services, and housekeeping coordination.,Manage and train front office staff to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to front office operations.,Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the hotel at guest events and functions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office management in luxury hospitality.,Strong knowledge of hotel operations and industry best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
