📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of client needs and business objectives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on key account performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including regular communication and follow-ups.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing key accounts and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze sales performance.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
