📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to all customers.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and card payments securely.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Manage inventory and restocking as needed.,Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role.,Fluent in Indonesian, both spoken and written.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficient in using basic office software.,Knowledge of retail operations is a plus.,Flexible and willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
