📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate with front office and housekeeping to manage guest requests and room assignments.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options.
• Maintain a clean and inviting guest room environment, ensuring all items are in place and ready for guest use.
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including key card distribution and room inspection.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably in a boutique hotel setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and front office procedures.
