As the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our factory, ensuring that production targets are met, and that our quality standards are consistently achieved. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the factory, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are consistently achieved.
• Lead and mentor a team of production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor and analyze production data using tools such as ERP systems and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record of leading and transforming manufacturing operations.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems).
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry in Indonesia, with a good understanding of local regulations and business practices.
