📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and chop ingredients as required by the Head Chef
• Assist in stock management and inventory control
• Work efficiently in a team environment to meet daily production targets
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
• Support the team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen assistant role or similar hospitality industry experience
• Strong knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
• Familiarity with using kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, and food processors
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg
• Basic understanding of Indonesian cuisine is a plus
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
