📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and troubleshoot EDI and INSW processes to ensure accurate and timely data exchange
• Develop and implement EDI and INSW solutions to streamline our data exchange processes
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to resolve any issues and optimize our data exchange processes
• Monitor and analyze EDI and INSW processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to EDI and INSW
• Provide training and support to internal teams on EDI and INSW processes and tools
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to EDI and INSW
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure the smooth integration and operation of our EDI and INSW systems

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EDI and INSW processes
• Strong understanding of EDI standards, protocols, and best practices
• Experience with EDI software and tools, such as AS2, EDIINT, or similar
• Experience with INSW (International Standard for the Exchange of Shipment Information) processes and standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
