📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages using the latest espresso machine technology.
  • Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Develop and recommend new coffee recipes and menu items.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant and satisfying experience for all guests.
  • Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
  • Promote Ocha Bali's products and services to attract and retain customers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the coffee industry.
  • Proficiency in using espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new coffee trends and techniques.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
