📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement billing and digital subscription solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM FileNet P8, and IBM Aspera.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Optimize existing billing and subscription processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices and new technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in billing and subscription management.
• Contribute to the development of IBM's consulting methodologies and best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise to the team and clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in billing and digital subscription management.
• Certifications in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM FileNet P8, or IBM Aspera are a plus.
• Strong understanding of billing and subscription processes, including revenue recognition, billing cycles, and customer segmentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
