📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple F&B outlets in Medan, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
• Manage and mentor a team of outlet managers and staff, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training programs to enhance team performance.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient supply chain management practices.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with franchisees and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and hygienic environment in all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B industry, preferably in a multi-outlet environment.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the F&B sector.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
